What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ usually starts from 100–300 pieces per style, depending on the design and material. We also support trial orders for new customers.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. We can create a sample based on your design or make pre-designed samples for confirmation.
How long does it take to make a sample?
Sample production typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on complexity and material availability.
What is your lead time for bulk orders?
For standard orders, our lead time is 25–40 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on the order quantity and production schedule.
Can I customize the luggage design (size, material, compartments, logo, etc.)?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM service, including custom shapes, colors, zippers, wheels, linings, compartments, and logo branding (print, embroidery, metal plate, etc.).
Do you provide packaging and labeling services?
Yes, we offer custom packaging (gift box, polybag, dust cover, etc.) and can add your brand labels, barcodes, or tags as required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. Typically, 30% deposit is required before production, and the balance before shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we work with reliable logistics partners to deliver globally via sea, air, or express. We can ship to Amazon FBA warehouses, distributors, or your nominated forwarder.
