1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ usually starts from 300–500 pieces per style or color, depending on the bag type and materials. For custom designs or new molds, MOQ may vary. We also support small trial orders for first-time cooperation.

2. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can provide ready samples within 3–7 days, and custom samples usually take 7–15 days depending on design complexity. Sample fees are refundable once your bulk order is confirmed.

3. What materials can you offer for customization?

We work with a wide range of materials, including nylon, polyester, canvas, PU leather, EVA, ABS, aluminum, and recycled rPET. Our team can recommend materials based on your budget, purpose, and market standards.

4. Can I customize the logo and packaging?

Absolutely. We offer silk printing, embroidery, metal plates, embossing, and heat transfer for logos, as well as custom hang tags, color boxes, or eco-friendly packaging for branding needs.

5. How long does mass production take?

The typical production time is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit. For urgent or repeated orders, we can arrange priority production to shorten the lead time.

6. Do you offer design assistance for new projects?

Yes. Our in-house design team can assist with structure, color, and function design, as well as 3D mockups and material selection to bring your concept to life.

7. How do you ensure product quality?

Every order follows a strict QC process including incoming material inspection, online inspection during production, and final AQL-based inspection before shipment. We also provide detailed QC reports and photos for your confirmation.

8. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), PayPal for samples, and L/C at sight for large-volume orders. Other methods can be discussed depending on your region.

9. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

We can arrange air, sea, or express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Transit time is typically 5–7 days by air or 25–35 days by sea, depending on destination.

10. Can you help arrange shipping or door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We can ship under FOB, CIF, DDP, or DDU terms, and have long-term logistics partners to provide reliable door-to-door services to most countries.

11. What if I receive defective or damaged products?

In case of quality issues, we provide free replacement or compensation according to our after-sales policy. Photos or inspection reports are required within 7 days after receiving goods.

12. Do your bags meet international compliance standards?

Yes. Materials can comply with REACH, RoHS, CPSIA, Prop 65, and custom eco requirements. We can also assist with testing and certification if needed.

13. Do you support OEM & ODM orders?

Of course. We offer both OEM with your logo/design and ODM with our ready designs, giving flexibility for both brands and distributors.

14. Can you make bags using recycled or sustainable materials?

Yes, sustainability is one of our focuses. We offer recycled PET fabric, RPET zippers, and biodegradable packaging options for eco-friendly brands.

15. What types of bags do you manufacture?

We specialize in luggage, travel bags, tool cases, makeup cases, flight cases, medical kits, EVA and aluminum cases, and other custom OEM solutions for various industries.

16. How do I start an order?
